All sales are final. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at backroadscentstore@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
